Due to ImageStor’s continued growth and expansion, the company were looking for a provider to support their business and store 20,000 boxes.
DeepStore was contacted by ImageStor in 2022, as the ideal partner to store their boxes due to DeepStore’s naturally stable, ultra-secure environment and the vast amount of storage space.
To aid with the smooth transition of 20,000 boxes that were relocated from ImageStor to DeepStore, we felt it was right to partner with Bishop’s Move, a nationally recognised relocation company with vast experience in many sectors of the industry. Bishop’s Move clearly demonstrated they could support our timescales (in fact finished the job ahead of time) and exceeded our expectations.
Project Scope
The project entailed Bishop’s Move securing, packaging, and relocating the boxes from ImageStor, Bristol to their new location at DeepStore within a tight deadline of 20 working days.
Collaboration
Project team members from DeepStore and Bishop’s Move met with ImageStor to conduct a provisional site assessment to discuss the relocation including risk assessments, H&S and project time scales. The collaboration continued during the project, with weekly update calls ensuring everyone was kept in the loop.
