Steven is responsible for collaborating and coordinating with all departments within the DeepStore group, to create solutions for all our customer’s storage requirements by aiming to provide a high performance, cost-effective, reliable and secure storage environment within our underground facilities.

Craig’s knowledge incorporates Hard Copy Archive and Live File Management, Electronic Document Management and Scanning, Confidential Destruction Services in addition to on-site consultancy work, where he advises and coaches clients in order to improve their document management, workflows and processes.
Having accrued more than 20 years experience in Sales and Process Management, Craig has developed excellent people skills.
This coupled with the ability to communicate at any level, has enabled Craig to attain the highest possible results for the businesses that he has worked within and achieve the best possible results for the people and teams he has been connected with, returning the reward of a high level of personnel satisfaction and sense of achievement.

As a member of the Business Team, Lyn heads up our HR department, partnering line management in employee relations, benefits, development and communication to meet the business’s strategic objectives.
Lyn has previously held HR positions in the retail sector with multi-site operations.
Interests: Lyn enjoys travelling to spend time with her family and volunteering to support a local charity.
Richard leads the Finance team, focussing on adding value via improving & streamlining procedures while maintaining appropriate levels of corporate governance.
He previously worked in the Tier 1 Automotive sector in various operational & commercial leadership roles and he uses this experience to partner-up with operations & sales staff on major projects arising.
Interests: Squash, cycling & rugby
Chris heads up our commercial department for both the DeepStore and Salt businesses, supporting the teams with strategic direction and commercial insights. Chris has previously worked in the pharmaceutical and transport sectors in commercial and operations functions.
Interests: Chris is a keen golfer and enjoys spending time with his young family.
Gary is responsible for managing the operational and financial performance of the Salt and DeepStore businesses. Establishing the operations strategy in line with the company’s strategic plan.
Gary previously worked in FMCG sector as head of engineering.
Interests: Playing golf and travelling.
Gordon has overall responsibilities for the UK businesses that are owned by Compass Minerals US.
Gordon has a background in mining and gas production. Gordon’s main focus is to grow the DeepStore business.
Interests: Walking and spending time with family.
