Gary Sinclair is responsible for leading DeepStore and the Compass Minerals UK Business, owned by Compass Minerals.
Prior to joining our company in 2009, Gary was Head of Engineering at Building Adhesives Ltd. Gary brings more than four decades of engineering and operations management experience to his role.
Interests: In his spare time Gary enjoys playing golf and travelling.
As the Group Head of Human Resources at Compass Minerals, Morag oversees all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, diversity and inclusion, learning and development and strategic workforce planning.
Prior to joining Compass Minerals she held senior HR roles based in South Africa in Engineering and Logistics, where she played a key role in scaling HR functions during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
Interests: Reading, taking walks in nature and spending time with her husband and son.
Chris heads up our commercial department for both the DeepStore and Compass Minerals UK businesses, supporting the teams with strategic direction and commercial insights. Chris has previously worked in the pharmaceutical and transport sectors in commercial and operations functions.
Interests: Chris is a keen golfer and enjoys spending time with his young family.
Charlotte is responsible for the operational activities within DeepStore, by heading up the departments to co-ordinate customer’s requirements in a cost-effective, reliable and secure environment.
Charlotte has over 15 years of experience in the records management industry and is highly customer focused and results driven.
Interests: Running, travelling & spending time with my young family.
Alan started his career as an Apprentice Mechanical Engineer in surface and underground maintenance,
installation and project work.
15 years experience working in coal and salt in both surface and underground roles.
An Operations Team Leader in Energy from Waste before moving to Health, Safety and Environmental Management for the past 30 years.
Gavin possesses extensive experience in the document industry, having dedicated over 15 years to this field. He has led sales teams and delivered comprehensive solutions within both the private and public sectors.
A long-term resident of Manchester for more than 25 years, Gavin is well-established within the community.
Interests: Gavin is enthusiastic about outdoor pursuits, including cycling, hiking, and camping. He frequently explores the Lakes, North Wales and the Peak District.
Adam is the Customer Service Manager at DeepStore, located in Winsford Cheshire. Adam and his team are always at the end of the phone for customer retrievals, queries and much more.
I’ve worked at DeepStore for 7 years. I may be biased but I believe our customer service is second to none and what really makes us stand out – Our customers know the names of the people in the team they deal with, and it makes for a much more personable experience – Something I think is lacking in a lot of companies now a days.
Interests: Spending time with my wife and son, playing guitar and gaming when I get the chance!
Matt leads the finance function across DeepStore and Compass Minerals UK, providing strategic insights to support business growth. He works closely with teams across the organisation to drive efficiency, improve financial performance, and strengthen financial governance.
Prior to joining us in 2021, Matt spent over six years at Mazars LLP and PwC. He also holds an MBA from The University of Manchester.
Interests: A keen golfer, Matt has represented England Deaf Golf in international tournaments.
Jess is responsible for all marketing and communications for DeepStore and Compass Minerals UK. Jess has been with the company for over 10 years and manages both off and online and external and internal communications to reach the strategic organisational goals.
Interests: Jess enjoys, camping, long walks and reading to relax.
