Charlotte is responsible for the operational activities within DeepStore, by heading up the departments to co-ordinate customer’s requirements in a cost-effective, reliable and secure environment.
Charlotte has over 15 years of experience in the records management industry and is highly customer focused and results driven.

Gavin has an extensive background in the document industry, having worked in this field for over 15 years.
Gavin is a long-time resident of Manchester, where he has lived for more than 25 years. He currently resides in Sale with his wife and two sons.
Interests: Gavin enjoys spending quality time with his family. They love to cycle together and go on camping trips, exploring North Wales and the Peaks.
Richard leads the Finance team, focussing on adding value via improving & streamlining procedures while maintaining appropriate levels of corporate governance.
He previously worked in the Tier 1 Automotive sector in various operational & commercial leadership roles and he uses this experience to partner-up with operations & sales staff on major projects arising.
Interests: Squash, cycling & rugby
Chris heads up our commercial department for both the DeepStore and Salt businesses, supporting the teams with strategic direction and commercial insights. Chris has previously worked in the pharmaceutical and transport sectors in commercial and operations functions.
Interests: Chris is a keen golfer and enjoys spending time with his young family.
Gary Sinclair is responsible for leading DeepStore and the UK Salt Business, owned by Compass Minerals.
Prior to joining our company in 2009, Gary was Head of Engineering at Building Adhesives Ltd. Gary brings more than four decades of engineering and operations management experience to his role.
Interests: In his spare time Gary enjoys playing golf and travelling.
