How long have you worked in the industry & at DeepStore

I’ve worked at DeepStore for 7 years.

What does a typical day look like?

A typical day for me involves making sure my team are setup for success, building/maintaining relationships with customers and liaising with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself?

I was in bands when I was younger, touring up and down the country. I got the opportunity to play with some cool bands (The 1975, Scouting for girls, the Hives, Madness etc) and play some decent festivals.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Spending time with my wife and son, playing guitar and gaming when I get the chance!

Are there any interesting/exciting projects that stick in your mind?

I’ve been involved in several significant projects. When I first joined, we were already midway through a major initiative for TfL, which was very much a trial by fire and an invaluable introduction to the role. Beyond that, the acquisition of Flexible has been the largest project I’ve contributed to.

What’s your favourite DeepStore service to talk about and why?

I may be biased but I believe our customer service is second to none and what really makes us stand out – Our customers know the names of the people in the team they deal with, and it makes for a much more personable experience – Something I think is lacking in a lot of companies now a days.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

Telekinesis – It’s like having the force and I’m just a big nerd.

What’s your favourite biscuit/go to snack?

Shortbread all the way.

If you could be an item in storage, what would you be and why?

There’s a big model of a certain celebrity head underground and I’d like to be that, just to jump scare people as they walked past!
