Eileen is based underground in our unique storage facility working on our Scan on Demand customer requests.

How long have you worked in the industry & at DeepStore?
Just a little over a year.
What does your typical day look like?
My typical day starts early — usually around 05:30 — because I like to give myself plenty of time to wake up properly with a good cup of coffee.
Once I’ve eased into the morning, I get ready for work and head in for the day. From there, it’s a mix of organising, supporting the team, and keeping things running smoothly. No two days are exactly the same, which keeps things interesting!

Are there any interesting/exciting projects that stick in your mind?

What’s your favourite DeepStore service to talk about and why?
My favourite Deepstore service to talk about is Scan on Demand.
It’s great because it shows how we can take something stored deep in the archive and get it to a customer quickly and efficiently. People appreciate how smooth and fast the process is, and it’s always nice talking about a service that genuinely makes clients’ lives easier.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
Teleport, skipping traffic, saving loads of time, and popping anywhere in the world in seconds — work, home, holidays, all instantly sorted. It’s the ultimate convenience superpower!
What is your favourite/most rewarding part about working at DeepStore?
Customer satisfaction
What’s your favourite biscuit/go to snack?
Mini cheddars
If you could be an item in storage, what would you be and why?
I’d be a mystery box with no label.
The kind where everyone walks past thinking, “What on earth is in there? “Keep people guessing. plus, when someone finally does open it, it’s always a fun surprise. A little bit organised… a little bit chaotic… very me.
