We’re pleased to announce that the Compass Minerals Executive Leadership Team has selected Amy Cullenaine, Customer Service Coordinator, DeepStore, as our first-quarter fiscal 2026 Employee of the Quarter.
Based in Winsford, Amy was nominated by Adam Lewis, Customer Service Manager, for her exceptional dedication and professionalism in customer service. Amy’s ability to navigate complex customer queries, proactively liaise across departments and deliver timely, accurate information consistently delivers meaningful value to our clients. Recently, a client shared that Amy was “exactly what customer service is all about” after Amy assisted the client with a complicated, in-depth record retrieval.

Amy will receive a USD $1,000 cash award, subject to withholding taxes. She also will be presented with a certificate and have a site celebration with her peers to recognize this achievement.
