At Compass Minerals/DeepStore, supporting our local community has always been at the heart of what we do—and one partnership we are especially proud of is our ongoing support for St Luke’s Hospice in Winsford.
Since 2020, our teams, visitors and supporters have helped us raise an incredible £5,503 for St Luke’s. This includes:
£2,935 donated directly by Compass Minerals
£2,568 raised through winning bids for our popular Winsford Mine tour.
These contributions go far beyond a financial figure—they translate into real, tangible support for local families when they need it most. Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, we’ve helped make possible:

101 day‑hospice visits

With more than 2,600 people accessing St Luke’s services each year, this support genuinely changes lives. Every hour of care, every therapeutic session, and every piece of equipment provides comfort, dignity and relief for people living with life‑limiting illnesses across Mid Cheshire.
