We use bar-coding technology to provide up-to-the-minute data on all stored items. Customers can access this data through our DeepStore Online Database Portal to perform many tasks remotely from their desks, including:

• Request asset collection and retrieval, including Scan-on-Demand and Fax Back service
• Order status checks
• Review and edit database information associated with each asset
• Add content descriptions
• Purchase additional services and materials
• Generate records management reports.

DeepStore can also customise a customer’s database by formatting names and adding fields to match unique specifications, and we can configure specific queries to make reporting easier.
