Secure Destruction

DeepStore employs comprehensive security protocols to ensure that sensitive records are safely destroyed. We rigorously manage the chain of custody, destroy the assets in a protected and controlled environment, and supply destruction certificates upon completion. If required, we will also collect confidential paper waste for secure destruction from the customers premises. Destruction sacks with security seals are available for added convenience and safekeeping.

Customers can set a destruction date or a destruction-review date when the asset first enters the DeepStore system, remotely through DeepStore Online or arrange directly with the Customer Service Team.
